Der Stages Power L Shimano Dura Ace R9200 Leistungsmesser ist ein einseitiger Leistungsmesser für Kurbeln der Shimano R9200 Serie. Es misst die Kraft am linken Kurbelarm. Den Stages Powermeter gibt es jetzt in der 3. Generation. Es ist diskret an der Innenseite des linken Kurbelarms positioniert und wiegt nur 15 g.
Es ist genau (±1,5 %) und einfach zu installieren. Stages L Powermeter sind immer am linken Kurbelarm montiert. Du musst also nur das Modell finden, das zu deiner vorhandenen Kurbelgarnitur kompatibel ist, und einfach den linken Kurbelarm tauschen.
Für Dura Ace R9200-Fahrer bietet Stages einen Leistungsmesser als Ersatz-Kurbelarm ohne Antrieb für vorhandene Kurbeln des Dura Ace-Modells an. Fahrer, die ihrer vorhandenen Kurbel mehr Leistung verleihen möchten, müssen nur die Länge auswählen, da der Stages-Leistungsmesser für Dura Ace für alle Arten von Shimano-Straßenkurbeln geeignet ist, einschließlich: Kompakt und Standard.

Einseitige Messung
Bei der Stages Power L ist nur der linke Kurbelarm mit Messelektronik ausgestattet. Die Leistung wird verdoppelt, um die Gesamtleistung abzuschätzen. In deinen Trainingszonen zu bleiben oder einen langen Anstieg oder einen Triathlon zu meistern, funktioniert normalerweise sehr gut mit einem einseitigen Leistungsmesser. Schwieriger wird es, wenn ein Bein deutlich stärker ist als das andere. Dann weicht die Gesamtleistung ab. Das Stages Power L eignet sich daher besonders für Fahrer, die auf die paar letzten Prozent Genauigkeit verzichten können.
Kompatible Räder und Kurbeln
Der Leistungsmesser ist an der Innenseite des Kurbelarms angebracht. Daher sind zwischen Kurbelarm und Rahmen 10 mm Platz erforderlich. Bei Direct-Mount-Bremsen ist es oft zu eng. Ob ein Stages Powermeter an dein Rad passt, kannst du mit einem 10 mm Inbusschlüssel prüfen. Im Bereich des Powermeters muss der 10-mm-Inbusschlüssel zwischen Rahmen und Kurbelarm passen:
Das Besondere an Shimano: Der Stages Shimano Dura Ace R9200 Powermeter passt nicht nur an Kurbeln der gleichen Serie, sondern an alle Hollowtech II Rennradkurbeln (zB 105 R7000 oder Ultegra R8000).
Da Shimano-Ausrüstung am häufigsten an Rennrädern zu finden ist, eignet sich der Stages Dura Ace R9200 Powermeter ideal, um ihn ins Trainingslager mitzunehmen - vorausgesetzt, das Leihrad verfügt auch über eine Hollowtech II Rennrad-Kurbelgarnitur.
Kompatible Fahrradcomputer und Smartphones
Dank ANT+ und Bluetooth Smart ist der Stages Powermeter mit allen ANT+ fähigen Radcomputern und Smartphones mit Bluetooth Smart Technologie kompatibel. Mit der 3. Generation wurde die Übertragungsstärke um den Faktor 6 erhöht. Auch Triathlon-Uhren, die bei früheren Versionen problematisch waren, funktionieren nun nahtlos mit dem Stages Powermeter.
Konstruktion und Gestaltung
Der linksseitige Stages Powermeter sitzt gut geschützt in einem flachen Verbundgehäuse an der Innenseite des linken Kurbelarms. Dehnungsmessstreifen erkennen die geringste Verformung des Kurbelarms aufgrund der vom Fahrer auf das Pedal ausgeübten Kraft. Zur Bestimmung der Trittfrequenz werden Beschleunigungssensoren verwendet. Dieses Design macht es sowohl diskret als auch gut geschützt. Da der Stages Powermeter fest mit dem linken Kurbelarm verbunden ist, ist der Kurbelarm immer inklusive.
Tourgetestet
Stages hat sich in den letzten Jahren stark im professionellen Radsport engagiert. So waren die Stages Powermeter in einigen Tour-Teams vertreten. Bei diesen extremen Bedingungen für Mensch und Material konnte sich der Stages Powermeter bewähren.
Batterie
Angetrieben wird der Stages Shimano Dura Ace R9200 Powermeter von einer handelsüblichen CR2032 Knopfzelle. Ein Akku reicht für ca. 200 Stunden Betriebszeit. Der CR2032 ist weit verbreitet und kostengünstig. Es ist in fast jedem Supermarkt erhältlich. Der Akku kann ohne Werkzeug gewechselt werden. Die LED am Powermeter gibt Auskunft über den Akkustand.
Gewicht
Der eigentliche Powermeter hat ein geringes Gewicht von nur 15g. Der Powermeter ist fest mit dem linken Kurbelarm verbunden. Das Gewicht ist also als Zusatzgewicht zum Kurbelarm zu verstehen.
Genauigkeit
Die Genauigkeit von +-1,5 % konnten wir mehrfach auf unserem kalibrierten Cyclus II Ergometer im Labor und im Vergleich mit anderen Leistungsmessern auf der Straße bestätigen. Die Messgenauigkeit muss etwas relativiert werden, da die Messung nur einseitig erfolgt.
Kadenz
Mittels Beschleunigungssensor und integriertem Ringlaser wird die Trittfrequenz ermittelt und an den Fahrradcomputer oder das Smartphone übertragen. Ein zusätzlicher Trittfrequenzsensor ist nicht mehr notwendig. Die Messung der Trittfrequenz über Beschleunigungssensoren ist seit langem eine große Herausforderung für Ingenieure. In der 3. Generation des Stages Powermeters funktioniert es nun einwandfrei.
Temperaturkompensation
Wenn sich die Temperatur ändert, dehnen sich verschiedene Materialien unterschiedlich aus. Dies kann einen erheblichen Einfluss auf die Messgenauigkeit eines Leistungsmessers haben, da die Dehnungsmessstreifen bereits auf kleinste Veränderungen reagieren. Der Stages Powermeter verfügt daher über eine aktive Temperaturkompensation (ATC). Dadurch liefert er auch bei wechselnden Temperaturen präzise Messwerte.
Kalibrierung
Jeder einzelne Stages Powermeter wird werkseitig individuell kalibriert. Etwas anderes ist die Nullkalibrierung (auch „Zero Offset“ oder „Manual Zero“ genannt), die vor jeder Fahrt durchgeführt werden sollte. Dies ähnelt einer Waage, die sich vor dem Wiegen auch selbst "nullt". Für die Nullkalibrierung muss der Stages Powermeter aktiv und mit dem Radcomputer oder Smartphone verbunden sein. Der linke Kurbelarm muss jetzt gerade nach unten zeigen. Jetzt kann die Nullkalibrierung am Radcomputer oder Smartphone durchgeführt werden.
Ovale Kettenblätter
Die Messwerte des Stages Powermeters werden durch ovale Kettenblätter verfälscht und liegen meist 4-5% höher als bei runden Kettenblättern. Je ovaler die Kettenblätter sind, desto größer ist der Einfluss auf die Leistungsanzeige.
Setup / Firmware-Updates
Im Gegensatz zu anderen Powermetern muss der Stages Powermeter nicht extra eingerichtet oder registriert werden. Die richtige Kurbellänge ist bereits im Powermeter hinterlegt. Firmware-Updates erfordern die Stages App (Android & IOS) und ein Smartphone. Wir empfehlen, immer die neueste Firmware des Leistungsmessers und des Radcomputers zu verwenden.
Installation
Die Installation des Stages Powermeters ist denkbar einfach. Der linke Kurbelarm deiner Kurbel wird einfach durch den Stages Kurbelarm ersetzt. Für den Stages Shimano Dura Ace R9200 Powermeter benötigst du einen 5mm Inbusschlüssel und den Shimano TL-FC16 Kurbel Montagewerkzeug. Es wird benötigt, um die Schraube zu lösen oder festzuziehen, die die linke Kurbel auf die Achse zieht.
Haltbarkeit
Mit der Haltbarkeit des Stages Powermeters haben wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Durch die Platzierung auf der Innenseite der linken Kurbel ist der Powermeter gut vor mechanischen Einflüssen geschützt. Bei einem Sturz wird zum Beispiel ein Tretleistungsmesser normalerweise etwas zerschlagen. Hier können die Stages punkten. Die erste Generation hatte Probleme mit den Gehäusen. Die Verwendung eines ungeeigneten Verbundstoffes führte dazu, dass sich Risse im Gehäuse bildeten und Wasser eindringen konnte. Diese Probleme wurden jedoch mit der 3. Generation vollständig behoben. Trotzdem kommt es gelegentlich vor, dass Wasser eindringt. Dies liegt in der Regel an einem unsachgemäß geschlossenen Batteriedeckel oder einem unsachgemäß angebrachten Dichtungsring. Bitte achten Sie beim Batteriewechsel auf den korrekten Sitz des Dichtrings und die vollständige Verriegelung des Batteriedeckels.

Auf den Stages Powermeter erhalten Sie 2 Jahre Garantie. Die Stages Powermeter werden in den USA in Boulder, Colorado hergestellt. Allerdings hat Stages auch einen Standort in Deutschland, der für Vertrieb und Support in Europa zuständig ist. Der Support ist sehr gut und äußerst kundenfreundlich.
